Ordering your stationery couldn't be simpler. Just follow these two steps:

2. Give us a call

 

We will process order over the phone, making sure we have all your details on personalisation, fonts and colour schemes. We will then send a confirmation to you along with proofs for you to sign and return to us

Once we have received your signed confirmation and proofs along with a 50% deposit*, we will get to work on your stationery. When your stationery is complete we will ask for the remaining 50% of your total order plus postage and packing and your stationery will be dispatched on receiving your final payment

Along with your order, Keene and Graceful also make an extra copy of your stationery for you to save as a keepsake for your special day

Keene and Graceful recommend placing your order at least 3 months before you are due to send them to your guests. This is due to unforseeable high order volumes during particular months

In certain circumstances we can complete an order within 3 weeks but please contact us prior to ordering for more information and prices to avoid disappointment

*If your order is under £50, the full payment should be made before production begins. Postage and packing prices will be discussed with you when you place your order
