Here are a few of your 'Frequently Asked Questions' answered

Q: How far in advance should I send my invitations to the guests?
A: You should aim to send out your invitations within 6-8 weeks before your wedding. Within this time your guests will have time to make travel and accommodation arrangements where neccessary and book time off work
Q: How long does it take to make the invitations?
A: We recommend ordering your stationery at least 3 months before you are due to send them to your guests. This is due to unforseeable order volumes during certain months
Q: Can I send my invitations back if I'm not happy with them?
A: You will receive proofs of your stationery to sign confirming you are happy with them before production begins. Once your order is complete, stationery cannot be amended
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: We ask for a 50% deposit of your total order. This will be paid once you have signed the confirmation form and proofs. If your order is below £50 we will ask for the full payment up front. The remainder of your payment will be paid before your final order is dispatched
Q: Is there a minimum order price or quantity?
A: We understand that wedding parties can be as small as just four guests so we have no price or quantity restrictions
Q: Do your prices include VAT?
A: Yes. All the prices you see are exactly what you will pay for your stationery. The only added payment you will receive is for postage and packing although this will be discussed with you when you place your order
Q: Can I have my guest's names printed on my stationery?
A: Yes. There is no additional cost for adding guests' names and wedding details to your stationery
Q: What if I need to cancel or amend my order?
A: Your order can be cancelled/amended before you sign the proofs and before production has begun. If you cancel your order after production has begun we reserve full rights to retain your deposit. If you want to amend your stationery after production has begun you may incur fees for any unusable materials. We also hold full rights to refuse amendment requirements if we do not have appropriate time to complete your amendments
Q: Do you make thank-you cards:
A: We do not have samples for thank-you cards, however if you would like thank-yous to match your stationery then please contact us for more details
Q: Do I have to order all my stationery in one go or can I order some at a later date?
A: You are free to order your stationery at any time. However, we do ask you to keep timescales as close as possible due to our changing work schedules to avoid disappointment. As your invitations are all individually handmade, if you order your stationery seperately there is also a risk of your invitations being different colours
Q: Do your invitations include envelopes and inserts?
A: Yes. Our invitations all come with matching white envelopes and inserts printed on clear vellum
